TRONG DONG – The 12 Wonderful Exercises (Respecting Winter)

TRONG DONG was presented by Grand Master PHAN HONG at the Stage in Sangano, 5-6 November 2011.

History / Theory

It is one of the four fundamental forms of Viet-Khi-Phap. Its mission is, on the one hand, to complete the circle of the four seasons which aims to strengthen the whole immune system and, on the other hand, to open the way to a specific training for the training of internal energy, with exercises related to each of the twelve meridians.

Therefore, Trong-Dong can be defined as “The Twelve Wonderful Exercises”, because it offers twelve Noi-Cong (internal energy) exercises in daily activities, particularly suitable as preparation for the cold season.
