Anniversary Stage

The programme of this Stage reviewed the teaching and practice of a part of Bat Nha, the importance of breathing and singing, and the analysis and meaning of the last part of Bat Nha; of Khiem Long with in-depth theoretical study of movements in space and time; of Thap Bat Dieu Bo, accepted with great enthusiasm by the audience; of Cuu Thu Khi Cong with deepening related to the energy with particular reference to the key point Dao Dao, in the dorsal area near the neck; of Van Ba and the enunciation of Newton’s theory applied to Martial Arts, matured after the historical situation of the Vietvodao in France; of Tinh-Mat with particular reference to the full name of the sequence and its meaning, to the two mystic birds contained in it, and the reasons for this.
A portion of the Stage is left to the Masters: Van Nhan retraces the practice of Khai Mon dwelling in particular on Van Khi; Trang proposes a sequence with the basic positions.
