Three competition categories will be held during the championships:
Chi Vat – Grappling
Viet Chi Combat – Kick Light
Quyen – Kata/Forms

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2025
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Fighter inspection and weighing

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2025
The following timetable is planned:
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Fighter inspection and weighing
2:00 PM – 2:30 PM Presentation of the competition rules and official opening of the tournament
2:30 PM – 5:30 PM Preliminary rounds
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM Semi-finals and finals
6:30 PM – 7:00 PM Awards ceremony and closing of the event

PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION
Competitor registration is exclusively electronic; Email: bonikow@gmail.com;

– Team leaders must submit the names of their competitors by September 28, 2025, at 10:00 PM. After this date, it will no longer be possible to submit any competitors.

– The registration fee is €30 for one formula, €35 for two formulas, and €40 for three formulas, to be paid during the fighter verification process but before the start of the competition. In the event that a competitor declared and confirmed before the start of the competition withdraws, the team leader is still required to pay the fighter’s fee.

– Each team will receive an email confirming the submission of the fighters’ names from the Organiser. If the team leader wishes to receive a receipt for the registration fees of the fighters participating in the competition, he or she must inform the Organiser when registering the competitors and provide the invoice recipient’s details.

– Team registration for the competition implies acceptance of the Rules.

The Rules and the parent/guardian declaration form are available online for download. In all cases not covered by the Rules, the Chief Referee of the competition will make a decision.

– The Organisers assume no responsibility for lost personal belongings, nor for any damage or accidents caused by competitors and their team members.

– The Organisers reserve the right to use any image saved in photo and video materials taken during the event to promote the activities of V.M.A. Poland and ŻKS Thien Long.

PRIZES
For the top three in the individual rankings, athletes will receive medals and diplomas, as well as an additional prize, if applicable.
For the top three in the team rankings, teams will receive cups and diplomas.

COSTS
– All expenses incurred for event organisation, referees, prizes, etc., are the responsibility of the Organiser. Without any financial responsibility, the Organiser may support and/or assist the team in question with accommodations and meals during the event, if requested in advance.

– All travel (flight), insurance, and accommodations costs during the event are the responsibility of the teams.
