VCD study seminar for all Viet Chi System disciplines. The occasion will celebrate the 13th anniversary of the VietChi Institute with fun activities for both participants and their families.

Here is a brief list of the programme and some general information.

All rooms are in-suite with toiletries and linen
– SINGLE bed & breakfast: €48/pppn / full board: €69/pppn
– DOUBLE bed & breakfast: €32/pppn / full board: €53/pppn
– TRIPLE bed & breakfast: €27/pppn / full board: €48/pppn
– lunch only €16, dinner only €12
Water is free, other drinks will have to be paid for.
The meals -if not previously booked- can be requested in the morning at the reception, stating your name and room number.

NOTE: as availability is limited, anyone wishing to stay at the Villa is kindly requested to notify us as soon as possible by submitting the appropriate form completed for each guest (this serves as check-in).
If there are no more rooms available at the hotel, you will have to rely on other accommodation in the city.

PROGRAMME

Friday 26 June:
MORNING: free time to visit the city engaged in the festivities of its Patron Saint, St Vigilio (sample programme from 2025)
14:00-16:00 (2:00-4:00 PM) guided visit to the works of the Brennero tunnel (in Italian and English). Minimum number of people: 8.

Saturday 27 June:
09:30-12:00 – ANTI-AGEING CONFERENCE (bookings only)

• Introduction and Public Health: Dr Maria Grazia Zuccali, Director of the Prevention Department of the Provincial Health Authority of Trento, will open the proceedings.
• Healthy Lifestyles: Dr Pirous Fateh Moghadam, a specialist epidemiologist, will explore the impact of lifestyles and the relationship between health and the environment.
• The Benefits of Thermal Waters: Dr Patrizia Manica, medical hydrologist and nutritionist, will present the role of thermal waters in anti-ageing (awaiting confirmation).
• Beyond Biology: Stefano Targa (awaiting confirmation) https://llrwevents.ch/speaker/stefano-targa/
• Anti-Ageing exsecises by GM Phan Hoang: M. Iva Caputo, VCD Master and President of VietChi Institute ASD, member of the Viet Chi World Organization.
• Synergies between Eastern and Western practises for self-healing and anti-ageing: Dr Leopoldo Zampi, osteopath andtherapeutic Taiji Quan teacher, will explain how these practices contribute to well-being.

12:00-14:00 (12:00-2:00 PM): lunch available by booking at the Villa S. Ignazio.

14:00-18:00 (2:00-6:00 PM)
PRACTICAL ANTI-AGEING WORKSHOP (*)
Classes will be held in the conference room used as a gym or, weather permitting, outdoors in the picturesque adjacent grove.
From 19:30 (7:30 PM): pleasant convivial moment to socialise and exchange impressions.

Sunday 28 June
09:30-13:00 (9:30 AM-1:00 PM) VIETCHIDAO WORKSHOP (*)
13:00-16:00 (1:00-4:00 PM) free time for lunch and transfer to Passo Coe
16:00-17:30 (4:00-5:30 PM) visit to “Base Tuono”, museum site, unique in Europe, dedicated to the system of missile defence Nike-Hercules used by NATO. Max 20 people.

EVENING: convivial moment

(*) during the workshops, upon request, excursions and visits to local castles, museums, sanctuaries, etc. can be organised for family members and companions. For example, visits can be organised to:
– Cappelletti Domus (old Trento distillery)
– Museo del Rame Navarini (Copper Museum – collections of copper objects and rural antiquities)
– Melinda apples underground warehouses (https://melinda.it)
– visit and testing of Cantine Rotari (Trentodoc), or Spumante Ferrari
