Thanks to the organisation of Master Bernard Legendre, the Bat-Linh also landed in Barcelona with Grand Master Phan Hoang .
The Grand Master explains to a small group of people the basic elements that link the arts of the Vietchi System and proposes to practice Ngu Bo giving a brief explanation of the 5 breathing methods. He also introduces the Tinh-Mat and continues with a digression on the ‘theory of numbers’, and in particular on ‘Number 28’, the perfect number, and the importance it has within the sequence, also from an educational point of view.
Not to be missed is the session on Chi Kiem: “The Vietnamese sword, which carries within itself the soul of the Vietnamese people: people of war who possess at the bottom of their souls the deepest nature of peace”, with its basic characteristics: purity, precision, effectiveness.
