Ignazio<\/p>\n<p>VCD study seminar for all Viet Chi System disciplines. The occasion will celebrate the 13th anniversary of the VietChi Institute with fun activities for both participants and their families.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 20 JUNE 2026.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Here is a brief list of the programme and some general information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOTEL<\/strong>: Villa S. Ignazio, Via delle Laste, 22 (on the hills of Trento)<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vsi.it\/\">https:\/\/www.vsi.it\/<\/a>\u00a0 YouTube: \u201cVilla Sant&#8217;Ignazio \u2013 Trento\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROOMS AND BOARD<\/strong><br \/>\nAll rooms are in-suite with toiletries and linen<br \/>\n&#8211; SINGLE bed &amp; breakfast: \u20ac48\/pppn \/ full board: \u20ac69\/pppn<br \/>\n&#8211; DOUBLE bed &amp; breakfast: \u20ac32\/pppn \/ full board: \u20ac53\/pppn<br \/>\n&#8211; TRIPLE bed &amp; breakfast: \u20ac27\/pppn \/ full board: \u20ac48\/pppn<br \/>\n&#8211; lunch only \u20ac16, dinner only \u20ac12<br \/>\nWater is free, other drinks will have to be paid for.<br \/>\nThe meals -if not previously booked- can be requested in the morning at the reception, stating your name and room number.<\/p>\n<p><em>NOTE<\/em>: as availability is limited, anyone wishing to stay at the Villa is kindly requested to notify us as soon as possible by submitting the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1hRoOUQ0KV9yVAIHhiP9ecTrt2R226Yr6\/view?usp=sharing\">appropriate form<\/a> completed for each guest (this serves as check-in).<br \/>\nIf there are no more rooms available at the hotel, you will have to rely on other accommodation in the city.<\/p>\n<h3>PROGRAMME<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Friday 26 June:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>MORNING<\/em>: free time to visit the city engaged in the festivities of its Patron Saint, St Vigilio (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.festevigiliane.it\/programma#giovedi-26\">sample programme from 2025<\/a>)<br \/>\n<em>14:00-16:00<\/em> (2:00-4:00 PM) guided visit to the works of the Brennero tunnel (in Italian and English). Minimum number of people: 8.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday 27 June:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>09:30-12:00<\/em> &#8211; ANTI-AGEING CONFERENCE (bookings only)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction and Public Health: Dr Maria Grazia Zuccali, Director of the Prevention Department of the Provincial Health Authority of Trento, will open the proceedings.<\/li>\n<li>Healthy Lifestyles: Dr Pirous Fateh Moghadam, a specialist epidemiologist, will explore the impact of lifestyles and the relationship between health and the environment.<\/li>\n<li>The Benefits of Thermal Waters: Dr Patrizia Manica, medical hydrologist and nutritionist, will present the role of thermal waters in anti-ageing (awaiting confirmation).<\/li>\n<li>Beyond Biology: Stefano Targa (awaiting confirmation) <a href=\"https:\/\/llrwevents.ch\/speaker\/stefano-targa\/\">https:\/\/llrwevents.ch\/speaker\/stefano-targa\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Anti-Ageing exsecises by GM Phan Hoang: M. Iva Caputo, VCD Master and President of VietChi Institute ASD, member of the Viet Chi World Organization.<\/li>\n<li>Synergies between Eastern and Western practises for self-healing and anti-ageing: Dr Leopoldo Zampi, osteopath andtherapeutic Taiji Quan teacher, will explain how these practices contribute to well-being.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>12:00-14:00<\/em> (12:00-2:00 PM): lunch available by booking at the Villa S. Ignazio.<\/p>\n<p><em>14:00-18:00<\/em> (2:00-6:00 PM)<br \/>\nPRACTICAL ANTI-AGEING WORKSHOP (*)<br \/>\nClasses will be held in the conference room used as a gym or, weather permitting, outdoors in the picturesque adjacent grove.<br \/>\n<em>From 19:30<\/em> (7:30 PM): pleasant convivial moment to socialise and exchange impressions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday 28 June<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>09:30-13:00<\/em> (9:30 AM-1:00 PM) VIETCHIDAO WORKSHOP (*)<br \/>\n<em>13:00-16:00<\/em> (1:00-4:00 PM) free time for lunch and transfer to Passo Coe<br \/>\n<em>16:00-17:30<\/em> (4:00-5:30 PM) visit to \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.basetuono.it\/\">Base Tuono<\/a>\u201d, museum site, unique in Europe, dedicated to the system of missile defence Nike-Hercules used by NATO. Max 20 people.<\/p>\n<p><em>EVENING:<\/em> convivial moment<\/p>\n<p><strong>(*)<\/strong> during the workshops, upon request, excursions and visits to local castles, museums, sanctuaries, etc. can be organised for family members and companions.
