School) training of Voviet, but especially in this Stage, of Noi Cong Chi-Luc for building strength and internal power, continues in Poland.<br \/>\nThe hard training, to be practised under the careful supervision of a Master such as Grand Master Phan Hoang, is intended for a group of people with certain physical characteristics and accustomed to intense body exercise.<\/p>\n<p><img
