the Traveler), explaining its concepts and how to practice it.<br \/>\nHe then gives a review of various quyens, including Van Ba, Phi Dieu, Ngu Dieu Bo, Bat Nha, talking about when they were born, their history and the motivations that led him to create them.<br \/>\nThen he concludes these theoretical teachings by talking about <strong>Bat Nguyen<\/strong> (the 8 principles that must be respected to ensure the quality of a quyen) and the flexibility rather than rigidity of the body during the execution of the quyen linked to the constancy of training.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
