This method uses <strong>26 Exercise-Letters<\/strong> in combination with the <strong>Six Liberating Sounds<\/strong> and the <strong>Six Symbolic Colours<\/strong>, together with the practice of <strong>Six Breathing Techniques<\/strong> and <strong>Sis Positions<\/strong>. Despite TUE-TU Art uses the brush and some techniques of calligraphy writing, it IS NOT a school of Chinese calligraphy and it does not need the practitioner to have any painting abilities.
