In this workshop, mainly aimed at Black Belts, there was a practical and a theoretical part appropriately mixed. In the theoretical part Grand Master Phan Hoang was talking about the world of Black Belts, insisting on the management of time and space and the importance of getting used to asking questions to be better prepared in teaching one’s students.
He talked about the Dan Van, the centre of the human being, the vital points and the damage of attacks made on these points; Cong Van, some internal energy exercises and the effect of Kiai were also practised.
The GM also talked about Vietnamese poetry, caring for people in need and the benefits of laughter.
He practised fighting with four bags and to finish off, he proposed some slow exercises.
