CHI-LUC NOI-CONG is a specialised discipline for Elite Training. CHI-LUC means the highest level of force, and NOI-CONG the Inner Power. Master Phan Hoang has combined these two distinct fields to create this new discipline when he travelled around the world in 1983 facing many challenges.
This training is not open to everyone.
New students are required to have a solid background in a Martial Art discipline and a strong will to reach a high level of training. The Master can sometimes hold a 24 hour continuous training under his direction.
CHI-LUC NOI-CONG mission is to provide exceptional training to the Elite in view of contribution to the good of the society.
We practice NOI-CONG CHI-LUC for our own personal growth. The aim of NOI-CONG CHI-LUC is Forming Leaders.

The programme is developed in its two components: NOI-CONG (inner strength) and CHI-LUC (willpower).
NOI-CONG is the part dedicated to the development of health, inner power and energy – even for combat.
The Programme is made by:
– 5 breathing methods
– 8 techniques of Mount Tan Vien, Tigre, Snake, Dragon…
CHI-LUC is the part composed by very strong physical exercises – dynamic breathing, high resistance, energy – and the studying of strategies and their applications in combat.
Part of the Programme is also the in-depth study of the Form Khai-Mon Quyen.
